Petro-SIM™ enables users to characterise the ambient air stream in five simple steps. The Material Stream in Petro-SIM automatically calculates the ambient air’s composition with Relative Humidity, Altitude and Ambient Temperature specified.
Create a new Material Stream by clicking on the Operations Palette (F4) and left click the PFD to create Stream 1.
Double click on Stream 1 to open its window.
Under Conditions, click on Stream Type and select Air.
Note the addition of two new possible specifications: Relative Humidity and Altitude.
Petro-SIM calculates the ambient air composition upon specifying Relative Humidity, Altitude and Temperature. (Flow rate is required to make the stream solved)
